Delays in providing access can impact project timelines and results. You are responsible for the accuracy of all business information you provide to us.

Limitation of Liability

SEO results are influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm updates, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. What we do guarantee is that every strategy follows industry best practices and is built on data-driven decisions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of our services after any update means you accept the revised terms.

Refund Policy

90-Day Refund Window

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the SEO services provided by Gutter SEO within the first 90 days (3 months) of your engagement, you are eligible for a full refund of the fees paid during that period.

Refund Conditions

Refund Processing

After the Refund

Upon refund approval, all active SEO work on your account stops immediately. Any content already published on your website remains live unless you request its removal. Access credentials and logins provided to us during the engagement are no longer used by our team after refund processing is complete.
